You should have received these items when you established your account. If not, please see your friendly Bancomer representative.

Bancomer Website

Go to the Bancomer website: http://www.bancomer.com.mx

Look for Acceso Banca en Línea in the top, right section of the screen. Below that, look for the Número de Tarjeta box.

In the box, enter the 16-digit number that is on the front of your Bancomer pesos debit card (the blue card). This is not your bank account number. It is the number on the front of your pesos debit card. Do not use spaces. You will have to manually enter the number. You cannot cut and paste it from another document.

Click on Entrar.

A new screen will appear. Look in the top, right section of the screen.

You will see your debit card number in the Número de Tarjeta box. Below that, you will see the word Contraseña and a blank box below it. Enter your system password in the Contraseña box. This password is one that you set up with Bancomer when you established your account. It is case-sensitive.

This message is asking you to enter the digit you will find in the cell "E9" of your Bancomer Internet access card. The Bancomer Internet card looks like a credit card, and has a chart of numbers and letters on the back of it. You should have received your Bancomer Internet card when you established your account. Look at the back of the Internet card and enter the three-digit number in the cell indicated on the screen. For example, you might enter "123" if that is the number in cell E9. Note: The cell will change every time you log in for online banking.

You will then see a message like this: Introduzca el Dígito Verificador S

This message is asking you to enter the one-digit number you see beneath the letter indicated. For example, you might enter “1”, if that is the number on your card under the letter S. Note: The letter will change from time to time when you log in for online banking. Click on Entrar.
